Where do you ship to?
To the United Kingdom and the United States. Every order ships tracked.
How long does delivery take?
Orders reach the US in 6–12 working days. This is an estimate: our tracked economy carriers don't guarantee a delivery date. You'll get a tracking link as soon as your jacket ships.
Will I pay import duties or taxes on delivery?
No. Duties and import taxes are included in the price you see at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your jacket ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also follow your order in your account.
Problems placing your order?

Returns
Can I return my jacket?
Yes — within 30 days, to a returns address in the US. The jacket should be unused and in its original packaging. How returns work
What if something is wrong with my jacket?
We'll replace faulty items or refund you, free of charge. Contact us with your order number and a short description.
Sizing & care
Which size should I choose?
Men's: S–L, order your usual size. XL and up, go one size up. Women's: pick your usual dress size, and go one size up if you have fuller hips. Check the size guide — every measurement is listed in inches and cm.
How do I wash it?
Turn the jacket inside out, close all zips and wash at 30 °C (86 °F) on a gentle cycle.
The jacket
Is the jacket waterproof?
Yes. The shell has a 10,000 mm water column and stays breathable at 10,000 g/m² per 24 hours.
How well will drivers see me?
The whole outer shell is reflective (LUMI-TEX® Pro). In dark clothing, drivers see you from about 25 metres (82 ft); in the 3-in-1 Smart Jacket, from around 140 metres (460 ft) in their headlights. The jacket is tested to EN 17353 Type B3.
Can I wear the shell and the fleece separately?
Yes. Wear the reflective shell on its own as a rain jacket, the fleece on its own on dry days, or zip both together into a warm winter jacket.
